I read the Saw Lady's take on the article -- that Bell is basically not a very good busker, despite his violin abilities -- and found it extremely interesting. Yeah... the appropriateness of a performer to a particular venue will *really* affect the frame. 

A good friend of mine used to show movies at a small campus theater with 3 screens. He used to tell me that the order in which he showed types of films, the times of day, the days of week, the seasons, when in the school year, the weather... all these things would affect his box. He knew his medium. Every art has different applications in different frames.</description>
