		<description>As a previous survior of the dot-com bubble in SF, I can assure you this has the same velocity and speed that the dot-com bubble had, if not moreso, likely heading for the same cliff in the longterm however. Although we need to realize that the bubble did produce some excellent by products that changed the web dramatically.</description>
